ODESSA (July 18,2024) – Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness Connie May and the Institutional Effectiveness Team of Odessa College have been named the winner of the Catalyst Award for Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness which honors institutions that have successfully grown in their assessment practices and influenced positive behavioral changes.
The Catalyst Award signifies recognition of the Odessa College Institutional Effectiveness Division’s notable work transforming their assessment practices, leading to targeted improvements in student learning. Through Anthology Outcomes data analysis, faculty identified areas for enhancement, fostering a positive impact on student success and institutional compliance.
